About Us
Brandon Procyshen, Hearing Aid Practitioner
Brandon got into this profession after watching his Grandma struggle with her hearing aids and how it isolated her at family functions. He realized he could do something to help her and others. Since then, he has decided his main purpose is to help improve the quality of life for his clients.  He is passionate about helping people and solving problems. He has been in the hearing healthcare industry for a total of 4 years.  He started as a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist and later completed his diploma as a Hearing Aid Practitioner from MacEwan University, where he graduated with distinction.

Brandon is often the one to help you out on a walk-in basis. If you don't have an appointment but need a repair, adjustment, cleaning, or anything else related to your hearing devices, he's your guy. He is also trained and licensed to administer hearing tests, fit and program hearing aids, and to take impressions for custom hearing protection.

Outside of the office he spends of his time with his family, and most of that time is spent running his four children to ball diamonds, hockey rinks, soccer fields, and pools. When they are not heading out to sporting events, he enjoys fishing, hunting, tinkering around the house and yard, and spending time at the lake.
